Please note this is a hybrid role and will require 3 days a week in the Dublin office.
Required Skills:
* Substantial work experience and 3rd level qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer relationships during projects through strong governance
* Project Management and Change Management experience in delivery and adoption of complex IT solutions
* Experience working on projects involving the following technologies:
o Java Related, Angular or similar Webservices, SOAP, REST (with JSON)
o Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, ETL - SSIS
o Cloud: Azure, AWS, Tomcat, DNN, Azure DevOps
* Experience in QA across various test cycles
* Participating in forecasting and preparing project budgets, analysing variances, scheduling expenditures, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate losses
* Managing partners and 3rd party vendors to meet committed project deliverables
* Formal project management training is desirable
* Validating business needs, project objectives, project scope and project success criteria; ensuring alignment among key project participants and stakeholders
* Developing detailed project plans for all priority and ongoing projects to meet agreed delivery schedules
* Setting project budgets as required and identifying any additional resources necessary for project delivery
* Developing schedules and methods for measuring results and associated metrics
* Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
* Assembling and coordinating project team members, assigning individual responsibilities
* Preparing requests for proposals and conducting necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
* Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications to all stakeholders
* Securing approval for the project release plan and managing the project from initiation to handover to production
* Liaising with project stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
* Identifying project prerequisites, dependencies, constraints, risks, and critical path and managing these proactively
