Job Title: Front Office Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at {company}.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of reception and its staff, including staff training and development, reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing group reservations, and liaising with other departments such as Sales and Revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the front office team, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
* Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Review and update SOPs to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
* Liaise with the Sales and Revenue departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
* Manage group reservations, ensuring accurate allocation of rooms and efficient processing of guest requests.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel setting.
* Knowledge of Online Travel Agency (OTA) Extranets is advantageous.
* Working knowledge of Hotsoft System preferred.
