Your Role: A Blend of Cultural Ambassador and Sales Expert
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to be responsible for the recruitment, retention, allocation and support of host families.A job with EF will give you valuable career experience working in a fast paced, dynamic and innovative environment. You will develop extensive skills in sales, customer service, negotiation, crisis management, conflict resolution and time management. You will need to plan carefully, but think and act fast. You will receive comprehensive training and professional development and work with an international team of passionate people. This role is a prefect stepping stone to many other positions at EF.
Responsibilities
1. Providing students with quality host family accommodation
2. Recruiting and retention of host families, mostly by phone
3. Communication and support of our host families
4. Communication with EF sales offices
5. Maintenance of related paperwork and database records
Requirements
6. Enthusiastic and customer focused
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Telemarketing skills
9. Goal orientated with an ability to work in a target driven environment
10. Structured, organized and detailed oriented
11. Responsible, approachable and friendly
12. Complete fluency in English
13. Driving License
14. Clean Garda check and two references
