The Data & Systems Assistant is responsible for creating and updating records within the system Muehlhan Wind Service uses to manage its field technicians.
Your responsibilities:
1. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with relevant personnel from Business Unit(s).
2. Participating in regular meetings with team members from Business Units to provide updates on status, rotations, and other relevant information.
3. Creating records for new starters in our system Onboard Tracker.
4. Ensuring that certifications are uploaded accurately.
5. Building rotations for the duration of each project.
6. Regularly liaising with teams to track and update any changes in the rotation plan.
7. Conducting regular audits to ensure high-quality data.
8. Supporting recruitment assistants with recruitment-related activities.
