In terms of your role, you will…
* Liaise with clients, solicitors and partners to provide timely and relevant updates and responses to key queries.
* Manage and organise conveyancing cases – maintain files, track deadlines and ensure all necessary documents are in order.
* Ensure organisation complies with all relevant laws and regulations in its interactions with clients and partners.
* Help build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
* Share regular reports and insights with wider business to help drive continuous improvements to the process.
To succeed, you will need …
* Experience in a solicitor’s office and/or completed legal admin course.
* Very high attention to detail.
* Analytical thinking and ability to streamline and improve business processes.
* Good leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in the use of technology including Microsoft Word and Excel.
