Link Personnel are seeking applications for a Reception Supervisor for our client, a Global Law Firm based in Dublin 2. This is a great opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to progress to a Team Leader role ensuring a 5* Client experience on behalf of the firm.
Salary: to €45k

Overall package: €48k
35 Hour Week between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00
The Role:
* Offer a warm and professional greeting to all guests / visitors, ensuring eye contact is made as they arrive.
* Greet internal and external clients, acknowledging them promptly by name once established.
* Aim to provide an update regularly to any visitors waiting for verification in reception.
* Welcome and escort guests to meeting rooms, assisting with coats and luggage as required.
* Offer refreshments in the lobby area if guests are waiting here and ensure you keep them updated on their host’s arrival.
* Assist with catering requirements for meetings – Ordering food, Serving T&C, Putting catering from our external provider into meeting rooms.
* Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
* Continually develop client knowledge.
* Assist with separate registration desks for functions as required.
Teamwork and Communication:
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communication.
* Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates with your team members.
* Make your Manager aware of any new / ongoing / potential issues and complaints so that they are addressed accordingly.
* Communicate effectively with the Client Coordination Team on new bookings, changes to existing bookings and on any cancellations.
* Support the training of new team members.
Management:
* Identifies appropriate level of reception support, ensuring the needs of the offices are met, conducting recruitment and selection as appropriate.
* Execution of ongoing performance management for the office reception team including leading performance reviews, conducting quarterly 1:1s and agreeing objectives for the individuals.
* Identifies training and development needs of the reception team and facilitates relevant support needed.
* Establish working relationships with the landlord reception team using your influencing skills to create a seamless experience for clients and external visitors whilst simplifying internal processes.
The Candidate:
* Previous receptionist experience within a corporate environment or luxury hotel/retail.
* Positive ‘can-do’ attitude, flexibility, and great work ethic.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task.
* Conscientious with excellent attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and disciplined.
* Team player with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* IT literacy in MS packages (Outlook; Word; Excel) etc.
