In this role you will lead a small design team in the delivery of diverse multidisciplinary projects across the Consortium, progressing the Board's capital works programme from design through to award of tender.
The ideal candidate will come from a civil or construction background where you have had exposure to design and have run or overseen projects.

The Role
*Hybrid working role
*9 Day fortnight
*Project engineering leadership and delivery including design, specification, procurement, budget control and monitoring of civil engineering and asset refurbishment projects .
*Working closely with the Civils Project Engineer in actively managing risk across the capital programme.
*Scoping of projects; preparation of whole of life cost estimates; programmes; feasibility studies; multidisciplinary design; design risk assessments; preparation of outline business cases for grant funding; tender preparation and adjudication.
*Collaborate with the Delivery and Operations teams to ensure effective project solutions.
*Actively share knowledge and experience promoting high quality, high standards and cost effective maintainable and operable solutions.
*Undertake consultations, liaisons and notifications for civil engineering works projects.
*Ensure the collation of CDM data (Health and Safety file) from inception to completion.
The Person
*Be able to commute to Louth
*Have a background in civils or construction.
*Have design skills
*Have good project skills/ experience.
*Good CDM knowledge.
