Technical Administrator Role
We are recruiting for a Technical Administrator to work with our pharmaceutical client in Ballydine, Tipperary. This is an initial 11-month contract role.
The Technical Administrator will be part of the Maintenance Systems team responsible for maintaining Engineering Documentation and the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System).
Job Responsibilities
* Manage documentation related to Maintenance Systems for projects handed over from Projects (e.g. P&IDs, OEM manuals, etc).
* Register new equipment and instrumentation on the CMMS (SAP & Procal) following change control procedures.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on the approval and execution of these tasks.
Education and Experience
* A higher-level certificate, diploma, or degree in Business, Science, or Engineering is required.
* Strong organisational and data management skills are necessary.
* Experience/proficiency in document management systems and office applications is preferred.
* Previous experience working in a GMP environment and quality management systems is beneficial.
* Familiarity with Maintenance Systems structure and applications is essential.
* An analytical mindset, data-driven approach, and attention to detail are required when working with systems.
