The team and the opportunity At EY, the Technology Delivery team executes and drives end-to-end transformational IT-centric programmes and projects by delivering solutions that encompass people, process, and technology.

As part of our NextWave strategy, Programme Managers will provide Programme Leadership, Support, and Direction to support our client's technology-centric programmes.
We are looking to recruit high-performing individuals with a proven track record in Programme Management and/or Portfolio/Project Management to be part of our leading and growing Technology Consulting business.
By joining the Technology Consulting team, you will be helping our clients solve a whole range of challenges, from responding to the ever-changing demands of the market to overseeing large and complex transformation programmes.

Your key responsibilities Client Responsibilities Take end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of technology-focused projects with a focus on ServiceNow reviews, implementations, and change projects.
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to deliver projects from mobilisation through to implementation by leading medium to large-sized teams of project resources, focusing on solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
Influence and negotiate project outcomes, often across multiple functions.
Prepare and present analysis, insights, and recommendations to assist defined governance forums and senior client stakeholders.
Maintain focus to ensure projects deliver on key priorities and requirements, managing dependencies to realise business benefits within agreed timelines.
Advise on project/programme level decisions that influence significant project direction and escalate unresolved decisions to the agreed governance forums.
Internal Responsibilities Understand all consulting service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients and build meaningful relationships.
Create innovative insights for clients looking to leverage their vendor framework, improve IT offerings, and adapt methods to fit operational teams.
Lead Technology Consulting engagements, managing team performance and commercials, including conducting performance reviews and managing engagement billings.
Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring all levels of staff.
Understand, follow, and lead staff in workplace policies and procedures.
Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you must have:
Around 3+ years' experience implementing ServiceNow.
A deep technical and functional knowledge of IT Service Management.
Additional certifications from ServiceNow, such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or willingness to gain them.
Certification and/or knowledge of ITIL.Knowledge of the ITSM Market including other ITSM type products and platforms.
Experience in a client-facing role in delivery of large-scale complex technical projects or systems integration projects.
Experience in one or more focus industries including Energy & Assets, Financial Services, Government & Public Sector, and others.
Experience in a matrix managed organisation.
Excellent communication skills, tailoring communications to suit various audiences.
A track record of delivery within multiple large-scale technical transformation projects.
Experience in aligning business and IT across organisational silos.
