What will you be doing?Managing and owning the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing strategy through to hiring talent and supporting with on-boarding.Work closely with senior business stakeholders to determine current and future business resourcing requirements.Proactively attracting high calibre candidates using agency recruitment and direct methods/tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, online job boards, social media posts, referrals, etc.Use an Applicant Tracking System to ensure candidate information is updated regularly and kept in line with GDPR regulations.
