As Used Equipment Manager you will promote the sale of all used equipment for the company. Main Tasks / Responsibilities Promote sale of all used equipment and ageing stock. Inspect, value and record all equipment on offer Maintain database of all stock of used equipment Own the used equipment process: value repair estimate agree repairs monitor / record costs including warranty Manage / update promotional avenues website etc. Manage paper trail reports; reg docs; hpi etc. Agree terms of final sale & complete Acknowledgement of Order Forms Monitor prices and values on the used equipment market Attend auctions and other events where used equipment is promoted Purchase of Used Equipment where required Estimating residual values of new machines being sold by the company Interface with suppliers on used equipment issues and initiatives Manage the sale and promotion of used equipment on relevant online sites Managing the companys sales forecasting process Required knowledge & experience. Mechanical machinery sales experience, 3-5 Years Knowledge of valuing machines essential Ability to work in a team Self-Motivated and experience of working on own initiative Highly Organised Proficient in Microsoft Office, Competent administration skills, Set and meet targets in relation to KSFs and KPIs Mechanical certificate or diploma or third level qualification advantageous.
