Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of the payrolls for multiple countries within the EMEA region
* Lead and mentor a team of payroll analysts, providing guidance and training for their professional development
* Work with our vendors and other advisors to ensure payroll compliance with local tax laws, labor laws, and statutory requirements across all EMEA countries
* Perform controls in accordance with SOX framework
* Collaborate with Employee Success, Finance, and other internal partners to align payroll processes with overall business objectives
* Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve consistency, accuracy and efficiency across our operations
* Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data, maintaining data integrity and accuracy of employee records.
* Build and maintain relationships with external payroll vendors and service providers
Key requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a Payroll Manager
* Delivery and management of EMEA countries
* Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws across EMEA payrolls as per experience
* Strong systems experience including familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, ADP
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience in team management
* Experience in data analysis and reporting
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
