Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to hiring, focusing on the German-speaking markets.
* Sourcing Talent: Use a variety of platforms (social media, LinkedIn, job boards) to identify both active and passive candidates.
* Build Talent Pools: Establish and maintain a pipeline of candidates for critical roles in the German-speaking regions.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
* Conduct Interviews: Interview candidates to assess their skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
* Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the recruitment process with timely communication and feedback.
* Promote Employer Branding: Help enhance the company's reputation in the German-speaking markets.
* Stay Compliant: Manage recruitment activities in line with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
* Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
* Report Progress: Keep management informed of hiring progress, KPIs, and challenges.
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Fluent in German (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
* Recruitment Experience: At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, particularly for German-speaking roles.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Proactive Sourcing: Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Organisational Skills: The ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with cultural nuances and employment laws in the German market.
* Tech-Savvy: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology tools.
