About Us:
Our Client, a leading fintech is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their diverse sales teams and drive growth in both inside and outside sales.
Position Overview: As the Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of sales professionals who sell both over the phone and face-to-face within a designated region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Your background in inside sales will be a significant advantage as you mentor and guide your team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a diverse sales team engaged in both inside and outside sales.
* Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
* Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
* Analyse sales metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable plans.
* Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and campaigns.
* Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of sales experience, with a strong background in both inside and outside sales.
* Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving performance.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a sales management role.
* Background of inside sales
* Demonstrated success in developing high-performing sales teams.
* Familiarity with Financial Services or Fintech is desirable
