Senior Technical Sales Manager
We are a leading supplier to the plastics processing industry in Ireland, manufacturing an extensive range of colour and additive masterbatches and compounds, as well as distributing a large range of engineering and speciality polymers.
The Role:
This is a responsible, independent role that involves managing the market in Ireland and overseeing a small number of overseas accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing existing accounts and developing business at existing and new accounts
* Developing good working relationships with key technical and commercial decision makers

Your Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the full 360 of our sales operations, nurturing existing client relationships, and developing new ones with potential clients
* Liaising with technical, production, and commercial teams to ensure smooth processes
* Thinking outside the box and offering clients solutions and products tailored to their needs
* Providing first-class customer service to all clients and potential clients
* Visiting clients across Ireland to discuss and establish further needs
* Achieving KPIs and targets set by the Managing Director
* Making effective decisions within the management team, contributing to senior management meetings, and providing input on changes or recommendations
* Supporting operational activities to implement our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and meet financial objectives
About You:
We are looking for a self-starter who can build long-term relationships, work towards targets, and possess excellent negotiation skills. You should have good technical knowledge, be a motivated individual looking for a role you can make your own and progress in, and want to be part of the management team making important decisions that impact the organisation.
