Our Multinational Technology client, in Dublin city centre, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join their organisation for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will provide guidance and advice to managers and employees across EMEA on any HR queries focused on Employee Relations, Performance Management, and probation queries. Hybrid working is on offer, with 3 days onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. Recommend solutions to any employee relations related enquiries and escalate as needed to management for further investigation.
2. Provide guidance on employee inquiries by interpreting policies.
3. Maintain accurate employee records and metrics.
4. Collaborate with other centres of excellence.
5. Manage HR Inbox of relevant queries.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. 3+ years Human Resources experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree required.
3. Prior experience working in a centralized HR department or shared services organization – Highly desirable.
4. Experience with case management systems and Workday preferred.
5. Strong professional verbal and written communications.
