Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute long-term and short-term sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify emerging market trends and customer needs to drive product and service recommendations. Establish sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to guide decision-making and ensure success. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales managers and account executives. Set clear performance objectives and hold the team accountable for achieving targets. Implement regular training programs to enhance negotiation, deal-closing, and customer relationship management skills. Business Development and Client Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention. Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on sales data, market insights, and industry trends. Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future projections. Required Experience & Skills: Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales leadership, with a proven track record in managing large teams and achieving revenue targets.
