You will organize and execute high-impact petitions and advocacy initiatives, plan and assist with offline stunts and petition deliveries, and build coalitions with like-minded organizations to strengthen our movement. Additionally, you will engage in legislative and electoral advocacy to advance our mission and serve as CitizenGO’s representative in Ireland, amplifying our presence and influence.This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to manage your own schedule as long as deadlines are met. If you are passionate about defending fundamental freedoms and want to lead meaningful change, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.ResponsibilitiesResearching, conceiving, developing, and running campaigns on a range of national and global issues.Monitoring world and local events and identifying opportunities for strong campaigns.Consulting with experts and supporting the development of a strong strategy, policy, and message.Drafting, proofreading, and editing campaign emails and other marketing communications.Drafting prompts to be used with Artificial Intelligence to generate and enhance emails, communications, and other written materials.Finding relevant, issue-specific supporting materials from the press, NGOs, etc.Informing CitizenGO’s supporters in your country about new campaigns and the results of ongoing campaigns.Proposing and carrying out offline actions, from ad buys to public petition deliveries.Coordinating materials, such as briefings to the Campaigns team, press releases, and conducting research.Public speaking and media engagement.Establishing connections with influencers, journalists, and activists on social media to enhance the reach of our campaigns.Ensuring global campaigns resonate effectively in Ireland.Managing correspondence and consultation with members.Helping to shape the overall strategic direction of the organization.Establishing coalitions with like-minded organizations to boost the confrontational politics and mobilization’s CitizenGO model.Proposing, assisting, and advising Media Campaigners in offline events and performances related to the campaigns.Reviewing, managing, and supporting the petitions published by members on the CitizenGO Petitions website.Monitoring the CitizenGO website for functionality and language errors.Training your Campaign Associate, organizing strategy, and collaborating to enhance results.RequirementsBased in Ireland with a strong understanding of local current affairs and political landscape.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.Enthusiasm for software tools and proven experience quickly learning new ones.Good strategic, creative, and innovative thinking.Understanding of civic advocacy, citizen mobilization, and grassroots campaigning.Passion and commitment to defending life, family, and freedom.High professionalism, self-motivation, efficiency, and results-oriented delivery on short timelines.Strong teamwork skills.Strong project and staff management skills.Ability to adjust quickly to changing conditions.Willing to work autonomously on various tasks and projects.Aiming at proactivity and taking the initiative.Strong user-level computer skills.
