**Job Title: Legal Secretary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team in the Commercial Property & Banking Department.
The Role:
* Provide secretarial support to Solicitors, including transcribing dictations and formatting legal documents.
* Save and store documents electronically on our practice management system.
* Filing, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.
* Prepare and arrange registration of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents.
* Requisitions on Title, scheduling title documents, and preparing Contract for Sale.
* Preparing closing documentation, Family Home and Section 72 Declarations, and Bibles of Security/Title documents.
* Data Room Management and preparing ROS on-line returns.
The Candidate:
* Minimum three years of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Commercial Property & Banking.
* Excellent attention to detail, strong IT and systems capability, and ability to plan and prioritise multiple activities.
* Strong people skills, ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, and use their own initiative to manage time efficiently.
* Digital Dictation Skills with a typing speed of 60 wpm+.
