**Job Description for Branch Manager**
As a pivotal figure in our organization, the Branch Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless collaboration among the branch team to deliver exceptional service to external customers and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a large team of professionals to strive for excellence in their work, including line management responsibility for the branch team.
* Oversee all sales, operations, resource allocation, and customer service within the branch to achieve daily sales targets and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Demonstrate an enthusiastic willingness to be actively involved in Human Resources (HR), performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, as our people are our most valuable assets.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and branch guidelines, leading by example and driving our safety-first culture.
* Actively promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch and collaborate with field-based teams to maximize customer opportunities.
* Work a regular average of 46 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm, and alternate Saturdays from 8am to 4pm.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to develop customer relationships and drive connectivity.
* Excellent communication skills, coupled with high levels of focus, energy, and drive.
* Good business acumen and retail management skills.
* Experience in warehouse management and operations management is highly desirable.
