We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our client's team in Dingle, Co. Kerry.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and team.
* Organise and run services smoothly.
* Manage a busy kitchen environment.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of Sous Chef experience.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends.
Benefits
* Competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum.
