The Role
As a Social Care Worker or Assistant Support Worker, you will provide care and support to individuals who utilize our services. You will be responsible for developing and upskilling your skills in providing high-quality care, maintaining professional working relationships, and supporting individuals in reaching their full potential.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting individuals with daily plans and activities
* Providing assistance while in the community
* Supporting education, skills development, and personal outcomes
* Assisting with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and attending appointments
Requirements:
* No qualification required for Assistant Support Worker position (all necessary training provided)
* Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline for Social Care Worker position
* Relevant life experience desirable but not essential
* Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people
* Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of achieving one
