Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Administrator/Host provides administrative support to the F&B department, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at the front of house. This role involves handling reservations, coordinating events, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Maintain records, manage schedules, and prepare reports related to F&B operations.
* Guest Relations: Greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a welcoming environment.
* Event Coordination: Assist in organizing special events and private dining experiences.
* Inventory Management: Support stock control, order supplies, and liaise with vendors as needed.
* Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to all F&B policies, health, and safety regulations.
* Communication: Act as a liaison between guests, service staff, and management to facilitate smooth operations.
* Billing & Transactions: Assist in processing payments, invoices, and maintaining financial records.
Key Requirements:
* Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative or front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.
* Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent customer service and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality software, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Working Conditions: Flexibility is required, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and occasional lifting.
