We are now inviting applications for the role of Promotions Coordinator for Loyalty Real Rewards Prices and Booklets & Coupons for Elevate.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that all promotional planning and preparation is completed accurately and on time in accordance with the agreed calendars.
Responsibilities will include:
* Setting up the Real Rewards Offers, Booklets & Coupons calendar and communicating deadlines to all relevant functions.
* Tracking communications preparation and completion.
* Collating and preparing internal weekly communications.
* Coordinating weekly cross-functional team meetings.
* Improving the activity through analysis & feedback to categories.
* Developing strong relations cross-functionally with the Promotions, CRM, Elevate, Sales, Marketing, Own Brand, and Supply Chain to ensure offers are clearly communicated and executed to best-in-class standards.
* Continuous review of processes to optimize automation, remove rework, duplication, or non-value add. Focus on processes & policies to ensure we are working efficiently and effectively, as a team & cross-functionally.
* Work as part of Promotions Team & Elevate Team through weekly structured meetings.
* Attend key internal meetings as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a varied office environment, with competent IT and administrative skills.
* Knowledge of internal systems is advantageous, e.g., Pyramid, PASS, PPS.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
* Excellent administrative, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a varied workload.
* Excellent attention to detail & adherence to timelines is a necessity for this role.
This is a 12 Month Contract.
