Quality Manager Job Description
A well-established food manufacturing company based near Dungannon seeks a Quality Manager to oversee the Quality & Hygiene Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring site food safety and quality, as well as relevant systems policies, procedures, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department to improve quality standards.
* Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
* Plan, coordinate, and control all activities and staff within the team.
* Train, motivate, supervise, and coach the quality team.
* Manage the systems audits and traceability schedule.
* Champion industry best practices and promote the introduction of new technologies.
The ideal candidate will have previous quality management experience within the food industry, strong communication skills, high-level organisational skills, and time-management capabilities.
