Administrator required for a public sector body in Naas
Details:
* 35 Hours per week
* Monday - Friday
* Immediate start
* Monthly rolling contract
* €16.93 per hour
Duties include:
* Uploading referrals to our database
* Management of clinics
* Dealing with phone queries
* Booking of new patient appointments
* Ensuring all capacity is optimised
* Dealing with patient queries
* Liaising with internal and external colleagues
* Dealing with GP queries
Job Requirements:
* 3 years of administration or clerical experience.
* Medical admin experience is desirable.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
