About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team at Maxol Service Station in Tivoli, Co. Cork.
As a Deli Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Deli Department and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and products.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring compliance with HACCP and food safety standards, and maintaining up-to-date documentation
* Managing stock and waste control of Deli products
* Driving sales growth through innovative ideas and initiatives
* Supervising employees in various duties, including cooking, serving, packaging, and operating counters
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries promptly
* Maintaining a positive and productive team atmosphere
* Completing administrative tasks and assisting with inventory and sales budget preparation
* Delivering training to staff on company policies and sales guidelines
Requirements
* Experience in high-pressure situations, preferably in fresh food or Deli management
* Food Safety and Hygiene HACCP course completion
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and confidence
* A strong work ethic and ability to display professionalism
* Flexibility in working hours and availability
* A friendly and confident personality
