The Role / Location
We are recruiting a Sales Negotiator to support our expanding residential business in Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling residential property in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of sales in a busy environment.
* Manage the entire sales process from marketing to viewing and sales of new and resale properties.
* Liaise with the marketing team and solicitors where required.
* Contribute to market intel database with strong market knowledge.
* Negotiate effectively with new and existing clients in a professional manner.
* Work effectively, be target-driven and motivated by success.
* Focused on results with an organised approach to time management and workload requirements.
* Adapt to a changing and progressive organisation.
* Listen, analyse and understand customer requirements.
* Exceptional communication skills.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
* PRSA License.
* Full Driving License.
* Build rapport and long-standing relationships quickly.
* Team player in a fast-paced dynamic team.
* Good presentation skills.
* Estate agency or sales experience is preferable, but applicable sales or customer service background will be considered.
* Good IT skills – Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and associated databases.
* Dependable and able to work independently.
