Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of our well-established clients based in Co. Kerry.
The successful candidate will have a plumbing, heating, renewable energy, hardware and building materials store management background.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the store manager in the overall running of the store on a daily basis with an emphasis on the plumbing and heating department.
* Work with the team to ensure a strong customer service approach.
Requirements:
* 3-5 Years experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role is essential.
* Plumbing, Heating, Renewable Energy knowledge and experience essential.
* Hardware and Building Materials retail background considered an advantage.
* Proven track record with the ability to lead and manage a team.
* Strong Communication, Organisation, Leadership and Time Management skills required.
* Flexible to work a variety of different shifts including weekdays and weekends.
* Experience with stock control, stock rotation and stock taking.
* Customer focused with a commitment to providing the best possible customer service and experience.
* Computer literate with the ability to use and manage CRM's.
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary of €50,000 – €60,000 Per Annum dependent on experience.
