Track performance metrics and prepare reports. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners. Collaboration: Work with Sales and Customer Service Teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Vendor Management: Coordinate with designers, agencies, and other external vendors to deliver high-quality outputs. Content Creation: Use tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop to design and edit marketing materials. Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Social Media Management: Schedule, monitor, and analyze posts; engage with followers; and grow social media communities. Event Management: Organize and promote events, including school competitions, trade shows, and sponsorship activities. SEO and Website Updates: Update website content, optimize it for search engines, and monitor analytics for improvements. Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and monitor competitors. Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications align with our brand guidelines.
