This role is based in our Dundalk office five days per week and is ineligible for remote working. The QA Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring quality assurance processes by fostering continuous improvement and resolving quality problems. Key responsibilities include participating in the preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics to formulate go-no-go statements based on these documents. This involves monitoring test progress and defect status. As the primary liaison between teams and external organizations, you will present test improvements and developments in meetings. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are accurately recorded against the system. You will also develop detailed work plans for engagements, track progress, and produce high-quality deliverables for clients. Coordinating testing roles and responsibilities within teams is another essential aspect of this position. Furthermore, you will oversee Test, Test Tools Development, and configuration management activities. A key requirement for this role is capability as a Test Manager, as well as effective team management. Providing QA guidance in line with Kaseya's goals is also crucial. It is essential to stay up-to-date with new skills and technologies.
