Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our Sales Operations Team as a Renewal Revenue Driver. This exciting opportunity will focus on driving renewal revenues in a fast-paced Cloud computing environment within agreed SLA, while providing a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installed Base Management: Ensure all Installed Base records are correct and up-to-date by working closely with Sales Reps, Customers, and Partners on reconciliations.
* Renewal Quote Preparation: Proactively prepare renewal quotes to ensure customers have the opportunity to renew before their support expires, collaborating with Sales Reps and Customers to understand their requirements.
* Customer Support: Respond promptly to queries relating to support, renewals, and Installed Base inquiries.
* Error Resolution: Follow-up on customer-related issues, including processing RMA requests and updating the Installed Base and Service Contract to correct errors.
* Channel Sales Model: Develop and maintain an understanding of the channel sales model, direct sales model, and partner effectively with Distributors and Resellers.
* Product Knowledge: Clearly understand all product offerings, subscription, and renewal licensing models.
* Order Management: Enter orders every quarter to stay up-to-date with Order Management and assist when required.
* Purchase Orders: Process purchase orders received from Arista's partners and end-customers, producing commensurate Arista Sales Orders.
* Salesforce Management: Update SFDC and assist Sales Management.
* Additional Duties: Perform other duties/projects as required, particularly to help achieve SOX compliance and meet the sales operations team SLA.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically software maintenance renewals & orders management.
* Excellent attention to detail, ability to follow-up with Arista Account Representatives and/or Arista partners/customers on purchase order and shipping terms and issues.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to take initiative, and work proactively with minimal supervision.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and additional languages an advantage.
* Knowledge and ability to forecast maintenance bookings and a strong desire to learn.
* Previous experience with Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.com/Netsuite desired.
* Ability to review and interpret contractual terms and conditions.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team environment, helping colleagues on the Sales Operations Team.

The salary for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
The working hours will be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the Director of Sales Operations, allowing for flexibility due to the international nature of this role.
