We are currently recruiting a Mobile Patrol Officer in the Dublin area for a full-time position. Rate of pay €16.75 per hour plus a Night Shift Allowance of €16.80 per shift, plus a Sunday Allowance of €3.44 per hour (composite pay rate for Sunday shift €20.19 per hour).
A full clean driver’s license is essential for this position.

Expectations of this position include:
* Providing a variety of mobile services including patrol & alarm response, escort duties, and assisting with out-of-hours deliveries
* Endeavouring to provide excellent customer service to all Securitas Mobile Customers
* Being fully aware and compliant with SOP 013
* Being aware of procedures and escalation processes in emergency situations
* Carrying out thorough vehicle and equipment checks at handover and completing relevant documentation
* Completing a run sheet documenting each task carried out during the shift
* Compiling incident and activation reports accurately
* Maintaining company vehicles to the required standard
* Ensuring security of company vehicle at all times
* Keeping secure and confidential all specific customer information
* Attending training courses as required
* Carrying out other tasks/duties for efficient business running
* Wearing the uniform supplied professionally
* Providing feedback on opportunities for new business
* Being respectful towards customer property and premises
* Liaising with Team Leader at the start of the shift
* Being vigilant regarding Health & Safety Issues
* Completing tasks within a reasonable agreed timescale
* Driving the fleet vehicle in a professional and legal manner
* Completing all necessary training for the particular site
* Completing all tasks and duties on site as defined within the published Assignment Instructions (AI's)
* Proactively reviewing the published Assignment Instructions
* Monitoring CCTV system where required
* Reporting any Health & Safety hazards
* Staying alert to threats or changes in the work environment
* Using common sense and initiative in threatening situations
* Completing detailed notebook entries after any incident
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* A good knowledge of the Dublin area
* A valid PSA Licence is essential
