I am looking to speak with immediately available administrators for a temporary 3 month contract based in Navan.
Requirements/Duties:
1. Provide administrative support and demonstrate proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
2. A can do attitude with the ability to prioritise workload effectively and a consistent approach to meeting deadlines.
3. Keep themselves appraised of the relevant documentation / procedures as relevant.
4. Manage data - including maintaining, correcting, collating, interrogating, validating and processing data.
5. Maintain accurate up to date records filing systems and records (computerised / paper copy).
6. Assist in and / or prepare reports as necessary.
7. Provide required information and support to Service Managers and teams, team members, clients, patients, members of the public etc.
8. Action all communications in a timely manner.
9. Undertake any other administrative support and assignments as directed.
10. Maintain own knowledge of relevant employer policies, procedures, guidelines and practices, to perform the role effectively.
11. Identify potential problems / inconsistencies in a timely manner and consult with Line Manager as appropriate.
12. Actively participate in innovation and support change and improvement initiatives within the service.
13. Attend meetings and record minutes as needed.
14. Represent the Service in a positive manner.
