Hertz is seeking to employ a Product Specialist to join our Hertz Fleet Technology team based in our Europe Shared Service Centre, Swords, Dublin and you will be the invaluable operational support to the Product Managers.
This role is ideal for someone eager to work across multiple SaaS platforms, configuring products, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing the platform performance for user revenue, customer experience, operational efficiencies and ultimately growth.

What You’ll Do:
The Product Specialist will work on the Hertz On-Demand rental product. This is our fully digital rental experience focusing on station-based rentals. The responsibilities include the following:
SaaS Platform Management: Hands-on configure and manage multiple SaaS platforms to support business needs of running the Hertz on-demand rental product.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Work through complex setups, identify root causes of issues, and coordinate resolutions both within Hertz as well as with third party SaaS providers.
Process Optimization: Improve workflows, automate tasks where possible, and ensure efficient platform usage.
Data & Insights: Track product performance, identify trends, and suggest optimizations based on data-driven insights.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear records of configurations, known issues, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to streamline processes and improve user experience.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively update stakeholders on system performance, key issues, and improvements.
Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of the platforms and become a key resource for best practices and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2-year experience working with a SaaS product as customer success manager, technical account manager or subject matter expert.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to managing technical setups.
Strong Analytic and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent organisation, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
