About the Role
* Manage a marine fit out project from inception to delivery
* No daily or weekly site travel required
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 3 years' experience in construction/fit out as a Contracts/Projects Manager or related role
* Ability to manage project delivery from inception
* Leadership and management skills, commercial awareness, and Microsoft Excel proficiency
Key Responsibilities
* Overall contract delivery responsibility
* Client relationship management
* Contract budget preparation
* Procurement schedule production
* Weekly project status review meeting chairing
* Manpower allocation and weekly reporting
* Logistical arrangements and subcontractor management
* Contractual variance management
* Safety requirements and leadership direction
