What You'll Do:
As our Marketing Manager, you'll help craft the blueprint for our brand's success story. From developing innovative marketing strategies to executing captivating campaigns, you'll lead the charge in captivating audiences and dominating the market. Collaborating with our passionate sales teams and global partners, you'll ensure that our brands remain at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define market positioning, identify target audiences, and devise marketing plans with specific goals across various channels and segments.
2. Drive the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion, fostering internal support and promoting collaboration.
3. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to develop successful strategies.
4. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
5. Collaborate with digital content team to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications.
6. Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of messaging across all channels.
7. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, and provide sales support.
8. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate qualified leads.
9. Assess the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, optimizing strategies accordingly.
10. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience in live event management.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
4. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
5. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
6. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
7. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
8. Willingness and ability to travel.
9. Established press and media contacts (preferable).
