Candidate Requirements
1. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the motor industry in a dealership, preferably in a HGV or CVRT environment.
2. Excellent and demonstrable front line customer service and administrative skills and experience.
3. Good attention to detail for recording all relevant details in documentation and systems.
4. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
5. Highly flexible and organised with very good administrative skills.
6. A working knowledge of vehicle management systems / Keyloop / Kerridge / CDK Autoview is a distinct advantage, but not essential.
7. Knowledge and experience of Dealer Management Systems; experience with Kerridge CDK is a distinct advantage.
8. Full, valid, current driving licence for driving in Ireland.
9. A keen interest in the automotive industry and a general understanding of vehicles and terminology.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing full end-to-end service when a customer confirms they wish to schedule a vehicle service booking or repair by phone, email, or walk-in, including but not limited to:
o Meeting and greeting all service customers promptly and professionally.
o Customer check-in and communications throughout the process.
o Determining workshop availability for service, maintenance, and repair work.
o Ensuring vehicles are ready at the committed time, explaining clearly the work completed.
o All other relevant administration in relation to the end-to-end process for servicing and maintenance of customer vehicles, including systems input, invoicing, and daily management of ‘work-in-progress’.
o Liaising with other teams in the business: management, sales, warranty, parts.
o Assisting with gathering customer service feedback, ensuring processes consistently meet ISO standards.
