We are presently recruiting for Recruitment Consultants for our Finance and Engineering teams, based in Head office in Killarney, County Kerry. Working directly with the Principal Consultant, you will be skilled at matching candidates with job vacancies, managing the hiring process, negotiating job offers, and building relationships with clients and candidates to meet hiring needs. You will have a minimum of two years experience and will thrive on building a client base. This is a permanent position, based fully in office in Killarney, County Kerry.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and organizational culture.
4. Match suitable candidates with client job openings, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company values.
5. Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, to achieve a mutually beneficial agreement.
6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment legislation.
8. Maintain accurate records and candidate databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and business growth.
10. Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, fostering long-term professional relationships.
The person:
1. A minimum of 2 years experience, ideally as a 360 Recruiter.
2. Ability to use various software systems.
3. Desire to exceed targets.
Salary is based on experience and open to negotiation along with industry leading commission and the potential to undertake a degree, fully funded by the company.
