1. Working closely with Engineering teams in carrying out technical and administrative tasks for departmental operations.
2. Manage procurement/purchasing of goods/material needed for departmental operations.
3. Manage storage, audit, shipment, and scrapping of samples/consumables/spare parts.
4. Create and track Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders, Credit Card purchases, and SORs.
5. Identify areas of improvement or gaps in current processes to promote efficiency and productivity.
6. Work on multiple projects and issues at a time.
7. Help manage budget and track departmental spending.
8. Conduct electrical testing and electronics fault isolation.
