Payroll Administrator – Hybrid – Dublin South
Exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join one of Ireland's most exciting and rapidly growing accounting practices based in South Dublin/Dublin City Centre. Reporting into the Payroll manager you will be responsible for completing end to end payroll processes for a portfolio of clients and assisting with auto enrolment processes.

Salary: €32,000 - €35,000
Hybrid: 3 days in office per week

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end payroll process and auto-enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients.
2. Handle all tasks for completing the payroll cycle, including processing and filing ERR submissions.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring effective communication with wider offices and third-party providers.
4. Manage client expectations throughout the payroll process.
5. Lead by example in attitude and payroll processing to set a standard for the team.
6. Review work produced by junior team members and support the Payroll Manager.
7. Assist the team with client queries, third-party provider interactions, and questions related to legislation and systems.
8. Participate in peer checking of payrolls and streamline current processes within the team.
9. Update and maintain payroll records and files, producing ad-hoc financial and operational reports as required.
10. Attend regular training sessions provided by the company, sharing knowledge gained with the wider team.
Key Skills/Qualifications:
1. At least 1-3 years of payroll experience
2. Experience working with Europay is an advantage
3. IPASS qualification is a distinct advantage
4. Excellent verbal and communication skills
5. Experience working in a Payroll Bureau is desirable
