Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly sociable, confident, and proactive individual to oversee delivery of our school group programme at ELI Drogheda. This role is multi-faceted and will require cross-departmental collaboration. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to multi-task. In preparation for a busy 2025, you will serve as the main point of contact for current and prospective host families, building lasting relationships while ensuring that all onboarding and accommodation processes run smoothly. This is a customer-facing role, and you'll play a key part in our student experience by ensuring the best match between families and students. .
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Management: Actively manage new leads from both online and offline campaigns. Engage with potential host families, guiding them through the process from initial inquiry to becoming part of our network.
* Onboarding Process: Facilitate the onboarding of new host families, ensuring that all necessary vetting and inspection protocols are followed. Serve as the primary point of contact during this process.
* Accommodation Oversight: Oversee and manage student accommodation arrangements in Drogheda, collaborating with our head office in Dublin to ensure the best placements for our students.
* Recruitment Efforts: Actively recruit host families in various locations across Drogheda, including town centers, shopping centers, and supermarkets. Build relationships with local communities to encourage participation.
* Reporting & Updates: Provide regular updates to management on recruitment campaign success, the number of new host families onboarded, and overall performance metrics.
* Placement & Liaison : Liaise with visiting group leaders to ensure they experience a positive stay with ELI Schools. Communicate clearly with Academic Management, Students Experience and Accommodation teams to ensure all aspects of the school school programme is delivered to a high standard
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Native or proficient in English.
* Flexibility: Must be able to work full-time with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Desirable :
* Driver’s License: Full, clean driver’s license
* Vehicle: Access to a car is advantageous.
What We’re Looking For:
* Exceptional Networking Skills: You should be confident and sociable, with a natural ability to engage with people and build long-term relationships. Whether from a background in recruitment, sales, or community outreach, your people skills will be key.
* Accommodation or Hospitality Experience: Previous experience managing student accommodation or in the hospitality sector is an advantage.
* Strong Communication & Organizational Skills: You must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and be highly organized to handle various recruitment channels, leads, and reporting effectively.
Educational Background:
A bachelor’s degree (preferably in tourism, hospitality, business, education, or a related field) is an asset, though equivalent experience in a relevant role will also be considered.

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
