Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Payroll Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payrolls across Ireland, UK and France.
* Co-ordinate all payroll activities to support new employee setup, changes to employee data and management of benefits through payroll.
* Complete monthly salary reports and ensure timely approval and processing of monthly payrolls.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data is maintained and shared with the payroll vendor.
* Consult with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of payroll experience working on global assignee payrolls.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and HRIS systems.
* IPASS Certification or equivalent is a distinct advantage.
