Our Client, are leading specialists in the distribution and conversion of a very wide range of insulation solutions. They provide customers from the building sector, industry and specialised trade with thermal insulation, high-temperature insulation, acoustic insulation, fire prevention, and fire-safe insulation products.
They are currently looking to hire a Senior Technical Sales Manager who will manage and maintain the existing customer base and expand further with new clients and projects as they arise. The successful candidate will be required to support customers with technical requirements and solutions with innovative products.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive and deliver sales plans in conjunction with the Sales Director to ensure sales targets are achieved.
2. Interact with customers and manufacturers about product specifications.
3. Have the ability to sell the company product range to existing and potential customers.
4. Have a good understanding of CRM systems and their importance to the business.
5. Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to forecast and engage with internal colleagues to ensure the availability of products.
7. Expedite the resolution of customer issues, ensuring the best outcome for customers and the company.
8. Maintain sales quotations, price files, and customer contacts as appropriate.
9. Update the Sales Director on all projects regularly.
10. Commitment to best practice, with a strong focus on quality, H&S, and excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
11. Minimum 3 Years Experience in a similar role within the Construction Industry.
12. Relevant Industry Qualification or Engineering Degree would be an advantage.
13. Self-motivated with strong negotiation, planning and consultative sales skills.
14. Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
