Overview:
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our dynamic and dedicated team. This role is crucial in leading the project department for delivery & execution of project pipelines and aligning with business targets. The Program Manager will report directly into the Operations Director. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading/coaching a team and while overseeing projects delivery in many sectors across Ire, UK & EU
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of the company project pipeline across all regions (Ireland, UK, EU)
Oversee the financial performance of all projects, ensuring robust financial planning, forecasting, and budget management. Role is crucial in maintaining financial discipline while achieving revenue targets for the business
Measuring and report on relevant KPI targets to Operations Director
Design and implementation of suitable project process flows
Ensure that all project team members are following the company documentation procedures and general company policies
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment that drives successful project outcomes
The Program manager is responsible for the ongoing training and recruitment (when necessary) of new team members
Review project team performance and conduct bi-annual reviews with each of the project team members
Attend weekly management meetings and provide regular updates regarding project pipeline status
Overall alignment of IMS resources with Project & Operations team
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years customer facing Project/Program manager experience. Proven experience in leading teams, in large scale complex projects
Experience within the IT/Telecoms sector
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), capable of engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Highly motivated and driven individual that has a passion for delivering great customer experiences
