PORTWEST, a leading global manufacturer of safety wear, workwear and PPE is currently seeking applications for the position of Marketing Manager in Westport, Co.Mayo, Ireland, on a full-time basis, reporting to Senior Marketing Manager. We’re on a mission to become the world’s most requested PPE and Safety Wear Brand. JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of global marketing programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Irish Company, based in the West of Ireland.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execution of global product marketing strategies and programs, including the development of business-critical print materials to support key initiatives.
Overseeing photography and videography for global campaigns, ensuring high-quality visual assets that align with brand objectives.
Transforming complex technical product information into compelling, customer-friendly content to effectively promote collections and products.
Developing training materials for both internal teams and customer training programs to enhance product knowledge and engagement.
Leading industry marketing strategies, from in-depth research to campaign execution and promotional material development.
Managing relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets.
Maintaining product information databases and overseeing the digital asset management system to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Representing the company at internal and external events, providing marketing support as needed.
Analyzing marketing activities and performance, providing tactical recommendations to optimize future strategies.
Supporting additional departmental and company objectives as.
REQUIREMENTS:
Five years of experience in a similar marketing role.
Relevant third-level degree and/or professional marketing qualification.
Exceptional written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player, capable of working effectively within the marketing department and across wider teams.
Meticulous attention to detail, with a proven ability to create compelling and engaging content.
