Position Overview:
This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, product, and other key stakeholders to create and implement campaigns that progress prospects through the marketing funnel from initial awareness to conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing Strategy & Execution:
o Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
o Foster brand awareness through content marketing, social media, PR, and events.
o Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft messaging and positioning resonating with their target audience.
o Manage and optimize website content for strong SEO performance and alignment with marketing objectives.
o Create a content calendar and engaging content (blog posts, videos, webinars, case studies) to nurture top-of-funnel leads.
* Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing:
o Design and execute demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, SEM, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
o Implement lead scoring and nurturing strategies to move leads through the funnel to conversion.
o Analyze campaign performance data and optimize for ROI and conversion rates.
o Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead handoff, follow-up processes, and reporting.
* Analytics & Reporting:
o Track and report on key marketing and demand generation metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI).
o Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and Salesforce CRM to monitor campaign success.
o Present insights to leadership and recommend strategic adjustments to improve performance.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 5+ years in marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or product marketing roles within a B2B SaaS or tech company.
* Experience in the Telecommunications Industry.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Skillset:
o Proven track record in managing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
o Experience with marketing automation tools and Salesforce CRM.
o Strong knowledge of content creation (written and visual).
o Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid digital marketing.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
