Job Title: Legal Personal Assistant
My client is seeking an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to senior Partners and a Consultant in the Corporate department.
The Role:
* Produce and edit high-quality documents from digital dictation and handwritten drafts, adhering to House Style.
* Manage emails, calendars, and contacts efficiently.
* Take ownership of billing processes and ensure accuracy.
* Accurately manage all filing, including e-filing.
* Diary and travel management, as well as general administration tasks such as printing, posting, photocopying, and scanning.
* Enter and report on Business Development data in our Interaction CRM system.
* Compile Business Development documentation for new client meetings, including research, client bios, and company information.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 4 years' experience as a Legal PA/Secretary supporting senior staff.
* Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Experience working with Document Management and Billing Systems.
* Experience with Digital Dictation systems.
* Able to re-prioritize tasks when required.
* Flexible approach to work.
* Effective task prioritization.
* Initiative and problem-solving skills.
* Discreet and confidential manner.
