**Deputy Manager - 4* Hotel in Co Carlow**
We are currently recruiting an experienced Deputy Manager to join our leading 4* Hotel in a prime location.
The role will require the effective and efficient management of all Restaurant, Bar and Events/Wedding business as well as coordinating all day-to-day Front of House activities in the Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel.
* Lead and guide the team, continually tweaking procedures and improving service.
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail.
* Facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in managing busy Food and Beverage operations.
* Candidates with experience managing Weddings and special Events.
* A proven track record of effective leadership and team management abilities.
* Reliability, commitment, motivation, and professionalism.
* 3+ years Operations Management experience in Leisure-style 4* Hotels in Ireland (preferred).
