Our client, a well-established company with multiple divisions, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance its HR function. This role will focus on improving recruitment, retention, and overall HR operations to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Oversee employee records, contracts, and compliance.
* Optimize HR systems and resources.
* Lead recruitment and retention initiatives.
* Strengthen staff engagement and training programs.
* Provide HR reports to senior management.
* Ensure payroll compliance and risk management.

Requirements:
* 5+ years in an HR leadership role.

* Degree in HR or a related field; full CIPD qualification.
